“Much of my life has been spent learning, growing, & sharing my passion for food.”

My journey began as a teenager, but my first lessons in the kitchen came from my mother and grandmother—whose love, strength, and traditions first shaped my foundation. My family was in the hospitality business, and their example showed me the beauty of gathering over food as a way to connect and create community.

Through partnerships, challenges, and experience, I found my voice and my true roots with Souk—a celebration of Lebanese traditions with modern twists. Sabira represents my next chapter—a vision of family, growth, and shared experiences.

Sabira is an ode to the strong women in my life—pillars of wisdom, strength, kindness, patience, and resilience—who taught me the art of hospitality and the joy of shared meals. Kara and I believe Sabira is more than a restaurant. It’s a reflection of all the things that connect us—kindness, shared experiences, patience, and food.
